You associate with Hensley’s characters as real not subject creations for a book because his writing feels familiar and natural. Dennis Hensley’s "Love Boat" history is apparent with his ability to build a scene. Filled with everything from the sensitive to the sardonic, no opportunity is missed as Craig, Dandy, Miles, Ulysses and Claudia make the most out of every situation. And you are glad they did!

An easy read, "Misadventures In The (213)" moves briskly while conjuring vivid images of friendship, loyalty, betrayal, love, and passion. All dealt with humor and catchy current jargon sure to weave their way into present day dialogue. Destined to be a classic of our time, culture and community. Hensley has created a storyline universal in appeal. A definite "thumbs up!"
