The Legendary Tret Fure

Other than my UU service a few years ago, it's been   a while!"   Tret Fure from Facebook  From the Tret Fure Website...  "Tret Fure’s career spans 4 decades.  She began her professional work at the  age of 16, singing in coffeehouses  and campuses in the Midwest, moving to  Berkeley where, after performing weekly on the campus of UC  Berkeley where  she attended college, she discovered that music really was her life.  At 19, she moved to LA to  pursue a  songwriting and musical career.  Within a year she was performing as guitarist and vocalist for Spencer    Davis,  touring with him and penning the single for his album “Mousetrap”.  She went on to record her own album   in 1973  on MCA/UNI Records, with the late Lowell George of Little Feat as her producer.  With the success of   that  release, she opened for such bands as Yes, Poco, and the J Geils Band.  More  Artist's suggested donation $20.00.   See below to make reservations or guarantee a seat at the concert.   Complete Common Ground Concert information & includes:...

Seating is limited to twenty. To make a reservation and get specific directions, email or call 540-491-9587. Seats are on a first called, first taken basis. Confirmed verbal reservations will be held until one hour before the concert. You may guarantee your seats with advance donations which will be presented to the artist. A minimum donation of $5.00 per seat guarantees seats will be held till concert begins. 
A $20.00 dollar per seat donation guarantees seats will be held through the concert.

Common Ground House Concert Series
General Information.

StoneWall Society / Artists For Equality Common Ground House Concerts at present will be offered monthly. That schedule may change with opportunity and or due to demand. 

If you are either a SWS Artist Participant or Artist For Equality member interested in performing  in the Common Ground House Concert Series or are seeking information to host a Common Ground Series house concert in  your own home, just send me an email. Please make the subject House Concert. 

Limited seating for twenty.
Admission is by donation at the door or in advance to guarantee a seat. 

We will feature an "Artist's Suggested donation". This figure will be suggested by the artist. The amount suggested would be determined by the artist with costs such as; travel, tour, lodging, promotion, production or as assisted the artist. All money collected at the door or in advance to guarantee your seat are paid to the artist.

There will be a meet and greet during the concert.

Snack buffet and beverages will be included.
