Submission Guidelines

Music Submissions

Music may be submitted directly via postal service or other land delivery service. All materials should be complete works. Music samples do not allow for sufficient work for review. Therefore we will review only complete songs. Submission should include track listings and lyrics.

All music submissions must include online website links, online music links, original artist's contact point, (email is the minimum accepted), and links for lyrics and or liner notes. If all information is available online the submission of a Media and or Press kit is not required.

We will include music reviews per issue of Equal Pride. If your need for review is immediate or to better assist you have specific date needs include that information on the submission form.

If you wish to have your music included on our Internet Radio playlist be sure to mark accordingly on your submission form.

Literary Submissions

Literary submissions may be either direct submit of material via postal service or other land delivery service, or by submission of online E-books, poetry, and other written art.  Only complete works will be reviewed.

All literary submissions must include online website links, online literary works links, original artist's contact point - email is the minimum accepted.  If all information is available online the submission of a Media and or Press kit is not required.

Visual Art Submissions

Visual Art reviews are normally of Online galleries and art. However, the artist may submit directly to StoneWall Society via postal service and or other land delivery services. In cases where art is submitted directly via a land delivery system the artist must send a statement granting StoneWall Society permission to place images of  the art work Online in the StoneWall Society reviews. All images will be marked copyright to the artist.

All visual art submissions must include online website links, links to online visual art to be submitted, original artist's contact point - email is the minimum accepted.  If all information is available online the submission of a Media and or Press kit is not required.

Performance Art Submissions

Performance art submission will be of those of actual live, video taped, and prerecorded video performances. Reviews and requests for reviews may be submitted either via email or land delivery. If complete reviews are submitted they must contain a minimum of three appropriate images to accompany the review. Image size is not a factor as images will be sized as need for page display and best view considering file size. Images must also be accompanied by artist or distributors permission to display.

All performance art submissions must include artist's online website links, links to online art to be submitted, original artist's contact point - email is the minimum accepted.  If all information is available online the submission of a Media and or Press kit is not required.
