Pop, hot Latin, Salsa, Dance, all are ways to describe the musical style exhibited. Powerfully talented would be my way to describe Mr Estrada’s vocal skills. Art is the Universal language we all understand and that is evidenced in "Angel". Whether we speak the language or not we are moved by the music and the emotionally charged voice of Jade Esteban Estrada. The fact that he is an "out" performer, will bring much pride to our community. Estrada’s vocals are hot, his music is moving, and he has the classic handsome looks to light the fire of any imagination.

A popular entertainer at many Pride festivals, Estrada "shares" his talent. By that I mean you become part of his musical experience. You are drawn into the music, not just an outside observer. The first track on "Angel", "Bella Morena" Spanish Version is high powered move your body, the English counterpart Track #8 is equally effective in all areas. I find that frequently translations decrease the original work. Not so here. The lyrics are strong, but nothing will hold down the emotional charge felt by the Estrada musical experience.

I am torn for personal favorites, as I truly enjoy the entire CD. One of those I hate to see end. Of course, I can always, and frequently do, just hit replay! If I had to pick favorites it would be between track 1, "Bella Morena -Spanish Version, Track 8 "Bella Morena"-English version and track 7. "C’mon Pretty Baby". A longtime die-hard fan of a lively Latin Beat these two will lift me no matter how low the spirits. Obviously I am very happy to have "Angel" in my collection. Those who like their music with passion will as well. Look for great things to come from this artist as he spreads his influence through his artistic and political endeavors.
