Nomination Fee Information

Thank you for your nomination. we will hold your nomination inactive for two weeks, (fourteen days), for the nomination fees to be received. If the fees have not arrived by that time we will email you at the email address on your nomination with one reminder and granting another ten day inactive hold period before the nomination is closed. You will receive a nomination confirmation email from us which will also include fee information.

Nomination fees are as follows; 
City/town/rural level: $25.00 one time fee per main nomination.
State/Province level: $35.00 one time fee per main nomination.
Country level: $50.00 one time fee per main nomination.

All checks/money orders should be made out for the appropriate amount and made payable to StoneWall Society

We will notify you as soon as nominations fees are received. That will also initiate the verification, validating, and verifying nomination claims portion of our service. This process we estimate should be completed in no more than one month. Hopefully only about two weeks as an average.

In the event that someone else already has a active nomination pending for the same person, same award and level, and same time period, you will have the option of either a refund or to send in a new nomination for either a different person, award, or level.
